Their mission is to empower teenage girls with the building blocks to become financially empowered. 2. Khan Academy
Khan Academy covers all of the personal finance topics necessary to know as a teenager. Short, but effective videos teach concepts ranging from paying for college to car expenses. And, you can even track your process.
3. edX
edX has a variety of personal finance courses depending on your own unique interests. Although these online courses are taught by college professors, they are self-led. They also have assessments to check your progress. Some interesting classes include “Personal Finance Planning” and “Finance for Everyone: Smart Tools for Decision Making.”
4. The American Public Education Foundation’s Financial Literacy Resource Library
Made by the APEF, this website seeks to provide a place where kids, parents, and educators can search for all of their personal finance needs. Furthermore, this information hub also has pointers for introducing personal finance legislation in your state.
